How Unignorable assesses reports

Recent reports matter most. Reports made consistently on different days suggest an issue may still be present. When reporting slows or stops, we become less certain and ask for a fresh check.

A closed 311 ticket or a quiet period alone does not prove an issue is cleared. Nearby checks are reviewed before being used to assess our estimates. Report history shows when reports were made, not continuous presence or neighborhood safety.
